I'm really enjoying my new Nikon mirrorless camera! Back in May when I broke my arm I upgraded to mirrorless technology because I needed the lighter camera in order to keep shooting with one arm. It has been a change, but I'm getting used to my new friend. I do think I notice some improvement in clarity/sharpness of the photos. My D850 is still an amazing and awesome camera and I never thought I could top it, but the ZII is quite the match and might be a tad better with photo quality. The images are the same size, but I feel like sharpness is improved with the mirrorless. I really feel like I see the difference in this session in particular. Which is what they say, mirrorless is a superior newer technology which gets rid of the mirror flip hence no vibration in camera.
For anyone interested in details I used the Nikon Z prime 35 and 85 for this session.
Oh, and my arm is mostly better, I can use it like normal for the most part. It gets a little sore sometimes if I over do it, but I've read it can take a full year for the break to heal all the way.
This couple is so adorable and I can't wait to meet their son this next week!
